We aim to narrow that gap by preparing our community's young people for life after school - a life of freedom and sovereignty.

Tony III
“the initiator”
A visionary leader poised to transform and disrupt education. Motivated by a passion for empowering others, Tony’s deliberate approach ensures every decision reflects his commitment to excellence. His consistency fosters trust and stability, while his collaborative spirit cultivates a culture of innovation. Thoughtful and action-oriented, Tony tirelessly pursues opportunities for growth and impact.
As a protector and provider to his wife, children and community, he is 110% committed to sharing the Apogee mission.
Frances
“the fearless leader”
With over 25 years of leading and coaching teams for multi-million dollar companies, Frances knows first hand that leading people to accomplish shared and individual goals, you need to fearlessly walk beside your team instead of in front of them. When people are involved, it’s all about connection.
As a mom of 2 and married for 13 years Frances learns how to constantly grow and change by confidently prioritizing God first, family second and career third.
Her motto is “I’m not surprised”. After years of practicing visualization, mediation and teaching goal setting seminars, she knows first hand, “what you think about, comes about”.
